"From a teacher’s perspective, So You Want To Be A Stunt Performer...is an engaging, informative, and highly motivating resource for young readers with big dreams. This book does a wonderful job of introducing students to the exciting world of stunt performance while keeping the focus grounded in safety, discipline, and preparation—all essential values in both education and real-life careers. Rather than glamorizing danger, it thoughtfully explains that stunt performers are highly trained professionals who rely on skill, teamwork, and careful planning to create action scenes that only appear risky. That emphasis makes it especially appropriate for a classroom setting."

Soules breaks down complex ideas...into clear, engaging explanations that students can easily understand...As an educator, I particularly appreciate how this book encourages goal-setting and perseverance. It shows students that exciting careers don’t happen overnight; they require dedication, practice, and a willingness to learn. This aligns beautifully with classroom values such as growth mindset and resilience."

— pbear1228, Amazon reviewer (teacher), on So You Want To Be A Stunt Performer

"'So You Want to be a Stunt Performer' is a great book! This is one in an expansive series that looks at how to be different occupations. This book explores what goes into being a stunt performer. I loved that this book is a good combination of illustrations and explanation. Being a stunt performer is something that kids probably do not realize has a lot that goes into it, but this book does a great job explaining all of the training, preparation, and practice that goes in to just a few minutes or even seconds in a show. This book also gives the reader an understanding of what dangers come along with this profession as well as what a day in the life of a stunt performer looks like. Being a teacher, I would love to include this book and others in the series in my classroom library."

— Rebecca, Amazon reviewer (teacher), on So You Want To Be A Stunt Performer

"As a teacher, I highly recommend the book So You Want to Be an Inventor by Linda Soules for curious young readers who love to ask questions and think creatively. This engaging and educational book does an excellent job of introducing children to the exciting world of invention in a way that is both easy to understand and inspiring. Linda Soules explains the invention process with enthusiasm and clarity, helping students see that inventors are not just famous historical figures, but everyday problem-solvers who use creativity, persistence, and imagination to improve the world around them. The book encourages children to think critically, experiment with ideas, and never be afraid of making mistakes while learning."

— pbear1228, Amazon reviewer (teacher), on So You Want To Be An Inventor

"What I especially appreciated as an educator is how the book combines real-world information with encouragement and motivation. It introduces important STEM-related concepts in a fun and approachable way, making it a wonderful classroom resource for sparking discussions about science, engineering, and innovation. The writing keeps students engaged while also building confidence in their own ability to create and invent. This book is perfect for elementary and middle school readers, especially those who enjoy hands-on learning and dreaming big. So You Want to Be an Inventor is an inspiring guide that reminds children that great ideas can come from anyone; including them."

— pbear1228, Amazon reviewer (teacher), on So You Want To Be An Inventor

"I LOVED this book! I am a teacher and can imagine using it as a resource for students doing a report about a future job in the toy designing industry. The artwork is vibrant and incredible! The factual information is written in a way where upper elementary and middle schoolers could read it to gain knowledge that interests them or to use as a source in a research essay. I loved the fun facts and the Day in the Life hypothetical schedule of a toy designer. I learned things as an adult, and I can think of several students who would be interested in this future profession. This would be great for parents to buy for their creative children as well as classroom use."

— Jennie, Amazon reviewer (teacher), on So You Want To Be A Toy Designer
